I wrote a a poem a few months back and sent it off to YOUNG WRITERS to be published. Today the book was posted to me! The book is called MY FAVOURITE THINGS and it is a collection of poems from school age children and teenagers all over the world.
Here is my poem they published in the book:
Laptops,oh, I can't resist,
Youth club, which I never miss,
Chocolate,yum!It's taste like bliss.
Books galore, fill every room, eh?
Perks me up when I feel gloomy.
Better than a late night movie.
Studying cities like Kathmandu,
Going to town to buy new shoes.
Puzzles,quizzes, solving clues!
Are some of my favourite things.
I have also had 2 other poems published, in other books.
